Postage

All cards sold within the UK will be posted first class within 3 days of payment.  Cards sold to Europe will be posted via Airmail within 3 days of payment.

If you are outside of Europe and would like to purchase a card, please contact us for postage cost.

If you have requested a card to be made then we will contact you with details of price, postage cost and timescale before you commit.

Returns

All cards are packaged well to prevent damage, but sometimes damage can happen.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with the reason and then simply return the item to us in it's original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.  We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.  Alternatively, if preferred we will exchange the item.  Please note that most cards are one off designs so an exact copy is not always possible.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.  Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you return the item using a delivery service that can be tracked. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.  Refunds will be made via paypal.
